Shop normally through checkout, then select shipping, request local courier service or arrange pickup through one of our three WOS regions.
Eligible shipping methods and rates appear during Shopify checkout. Once the order is complete, WOS prepares the exact Outlet item and sends tracking when it leaves.
Choose the local option during checkout when available. After the order is complete, WOS confirms the delivery area, courier quote and timing directly with you. Your order number keeps the request connected to the exact product you purchased.
If the product is already in that region, pickup may be available the same day or within one business day. If it is elsewhere, WOS can place eligible equipment on the next inter-location transfer at no charge.
WOS confirms your preferred region, earliest pickup time or next free transfer date using the order you just completed.
