10″ JL TW-3 ADAPTERS Sold in pairs Speaker and ring mounting hardware Included! CNC molded 10” JL subwoofer adapter. This adapter has a setback larger than the 10” Subs  and a 5* angle to clear excursion of the speaker to ensure it doesn’t hit the shock at the top with a ½” mounting surface.  With the ever growing demand to add subs to your bag this is a perfect solution to add some nice shallow mount subs, and seal the top. The inside diameter may have to be opened slightly. This can be achieved by slightly sanding the mounting part of the adapter. Fitment will also vary by bag manufacture.  Using a Quality bag or stock bag will achieve the best results. All new designs  MUST BE PREDRILLED PRIOR TO USING SCREWS. DO NOT USE SELF TAPPING SCREWS  Threaded Inserts for speakers ( 16 ) 10-24 Stainless steel hardware, 16 stainless steel outer ring hardware. Drill bit and tool to put in inserts are optional and can be found in the hardware section Panel bond not included.  It is recommended but not necessary to use a 2 part epoxy to bond the adapter to the saddle bag. You should also have some knowledge of body work as you will be cutting the saddle bag. Depending on the bag slight modifications may have to be done to the adapter. I.E sanding to the mounting face of the adapter or use of silicon caulk to fill in small gaps.
