The Kenwood KFC-1653MRW speakers features a 1.0" balanced dome PEI (Poly-Ether-Imide) tweeter; PEI is a polymer film that produces a wide soundstage for superior imaging and woofers use water-resistant cones with Santoprene rubber surround.

Did not know that marine speakers can be sold for as low as less than $90. Wow! Love the price, love the sound quality, and love its durability too! Really saved up a lot with these speakers
