Compression Horn Design

Compression horn designs dramatically improve speaker efficiency. And this is the fun kind of efficiency – it means it takes less amp power to produce more usable volume throughout the frequency spectrum. In other words, you can crank these speakers up and hear it all – highs, lows, and mids.

Quality components for impressive performance

These speakers feature 1-inch titanium dome tweeters, polypropylene cones with built-in compression horns, ensuring a seamless response and impressive volume output. Their voice coils are constructed from high-temperature copper and wound on Kapton formers, combining lightness, power, and durability. Designed with front and rear vents, they efficiently exchange air over the voice coil and maintain cool temperatures even under heavy use. A built-in crossover ensures a smooth transition between high and low frequencies, preventing distortion. The UV-resistant cones are securely attached to the frame using durable butyl rubber surrounds and reinforced with woven fiber composite spiders, making them resilient against weather and temperature variations.
