Full-range Frequency Performance

Made to deliver an impressive full-range frequency performance for any marine application, the JL Audio M500/3 can bring you that audiophile sound quality while powering up your subwoofer and pair of speakers. The JL Audio M500/3 is equipped with the company's famous NexD Switching Technology, which uses a self-oscillating modulator to cancel out the noise from power supply voltage fluctuation.

Advanced Rollback Protection Circuit

The M500/3 also comes with an Advanced Rollback Protection circuit, which cuts back the amplifier's peak power output until it cools down to a much safer operating temperature, preventing it from unnecessary shutdowns. With its Class-D amp design, the JL Audio M500/3 can produce a power output of 180 Watts RMS in its subwoofer channel and 75 Watts RMS in the other two speaker channels at 4 ohms.
 

Accurate Sound Reproduction

It can also deliver a continuous power output of 300 Watts in its subwoofer channel and 100 Watts in its other four channels at 2 ohms. The M500/3 has an extensive full-range frequency response of 12 Hz to 22 kHz and can even go as deep as 10 Hz for its subwoofer channel, so you won't have to worry about accurate sound reproduction.
